How Brad is utilising his art in unconventional ways.
Of late when I am not in front of our brilliant young artists I could be found graphic facilitating for a company called VisualFunk. I do so in a setting much like the one mentioned above or along side a major conference illustrating what was covered throughout the day. In a nut shell I am listening, identifying keys concepts and drawing.
It has been said that up to 80% of the population are highly visual learners and it makes sense when we think about the rise of YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram and other picture/video driven social media net works. Graphic Facilitation is a way companies are leveraging from this realisation. So far have had the opportunity to work with clients such as Ernst & Young, IBM, Commonwealth Bank, AGL and many others.
Every time I do it I kind of pinch my self. A can't believe it! If look back there is no way I could of imagined that my cartooning skills (crafted primarily during High School English... sorry about the grammar) would be later utilized in such a way.
Here's a sample of a few works I have completed whilst contracted for VisualFunk.
