Our materials fee covers all art materials used throughout the term along with the completion of a professionally presented end of term artwork.


After enrolling you will be forwarded to our payments page, where you will be able to secure your child’s place and pay for the coming term.
Term payment is calculated by tuition multiplied by the weeks remaining in a term, following your child’s first week of lessons. Our materials fee is also added to your total. Payment can be made via credit card or PayPal. If necessary alternative payment arrangements can be made.


Payment for the term guarantees your child’s place as often our classes reach capacity. That said, a 9 week term is a big commitment and what if you can’t make a class or situation changes?

Here’s our policy around missed classes, credits and re-funds:

  • If you can’t attend a class your child is welcome to join us for a catch up lesson, either on the same day of their normal lesson (attend an earlier or latter lesson of a double) or attend a class at any one of our other locations.

  • In the circumstance where catch up lessons cannot be attended, should your child miss three or more paid lessons within the term, you will receive credit for two lessons which can be used the following term.

  • Due to unforeseen circumstances, should a student’s enrolment have to be cancelled for any reason, then a full refund for tuition paid for will be transferred back to your nominated account. Unfortunately materials fees can not be refunded.
